200g rolled oats
¾ tsp ground cinnamon
300ml apple juice
300ml almond milk
1 British apple such as Cox, coarsely grated
100g chopped nuts or seeds
In a bowl or container, combine the rolled oats, cinnamon, apple juice and almond milk. Add the grated British apple, and mix until completely combined.
Cover the bowl and leave in the fridge overnight.
In the morning, stir approximately half of the chopped nuts into the overnight oats. If the oats are too thick, also add a little milk.
Divide the overnight oats between 4 bowls. Top with the remaining nuts and enjoy!
