Grower workshops

Grower Workshops

BAPL Grower Workshops are a practical, on-farm training programme developed exclusively for British Apples & Pears Limited members.

These sessions bring growers together to share knowledge, learn from experienced practitioners and discuss challenges and opportunities facing the sector.

Each workshop focuses on a specific skillset or technical theme, hosted on a commercial orchard and led by growers and technical specialists from within the industry.

All Grower Workshops are free for BAPL members.

What to expect

  • Practical demonstrations delivered in the orchard
  • Up-to-date technical insights from experts and advisors
  • Grower-to-grower discussion on real challenges and solutions
  • BAPL updates on industry activity and advocacy
  • Informal networking over coffee and biscuits

Workshops are designed to be interactive and hands-on, supporting continuous learning across the season.
